Summer at Dr. Dodge's

The wildest, wonderfullest season.

Nature camp for ages 3–5, from the last day of school in June to the first day of school in September — beach days, garden harvests, and long golden afternoons.

How Summer Works

Same woods. Same wonder. More water.

Summer camp follows the same rhythm, ratios, and teachers as the school year — with the dial turned toward adventure. Expect more beach mornings, lake swims, garden harvests, and slow creek afternoons, with weekly themes that keep young scientists investigating all summer long.

Camp runs from the end of the school year in June straight through to the start of school in September — so families never face a summer childcare gap — with 3-day (Tuesday–Thursday) and 5-day options, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Summer tuition matches the school year: $1,200/month for the 3-day program and $1,700/month for the 5-day program — including field trips, materials, daily snacks, and daily Brightwheel photo updates. Siblings receive a 10% discount.

"She's more confident, stronger, braver, and definitely a better climber than at the beginning of the summer! She clearly feels very safe and supported, and really seems to love both her teachers and friends. She is excited to get going every morning — even transitioning back in after vacation has been so smooth, which tells me she really looks forward to school each day." — A Summer Camp Parent
